Minneapolis People Analytics & Future of Work (PAFOW) Mini Conference
From 3:00 to 5:00pm CT, join us at the Surly Brewing Company as we explore the emergence of the Talent Intelligence space and how related solutions are being used to facilitate Workforce Planning and address changing talent markets, digital disruptions, and transformations in work itself. Doors will open at 2:30pm CT for check-ins and networking. The interactive program will start at 3:00pm CT and will run until 5:00pm. After this we'll be joined by others in the community for the Meetup. A quick overview of the program:
Session 1:
- 3:00 to 3:25pm CT: 12-minute presentation from Al Adamsen followed by facilitated Q&A with the in-person and remote audiences.
- 3:25 to 3:50pm CT: in-person and virtual roundtable, template-based discussions. Those participating virtually will be able to share their perspectives and ideas in small groups of peers (enabled by Twine).
After a short break from 3:50 to 4:00pm, session 2 will start.
- 4:00 to 4:25pm CT: Mark Hanson will provide use-cases, emerging trends, and guides on how Talent Intelligence can be used to reduce risk and enable more confidence-inspiring decisions.
- 4:25 to 4:50pm CT: in-person and virtual roundtable discussions on how to make use (or make better use) of Talent Intelligence in your organization
