- 3:20 to 3:45pm CT: roundtable, template-based discussions based on the Personal Assessment & Development (PAD) Framework.

Session 2: Talent Intelligence led by Mark Hanson of Emsi Burning Glass

- 4:00 to 4:20pm CT: Mark Hanson will provide use-cases, emerging trends, and guides on how Talent Intelligence can be used to reduce risk and enable more confidence-inspiring decisions.

- 4:20 to 4:45pm CT: in-person and virtual roundtable discussions on how to make use (or make better use) of Talent Intelligence in your organization

Session 3: Constraints in HR led by Jess Von Bank of Leapgen and Dan Riley of RADICL
