”I think we are gonna play an important part in this ecosystem. Our technology (Fairnow.ai) can do a lot, but I think it will also require HR to take more seriously this notion of governance around its processes and its tools — just like the business has been investing in this over the years. Again, we’re seeing more and more companies starting to incorporate Ai into other parts of their businesses and functions, and just starting to put rules in place, governance in place, and I think this is actually going to be a pretty big job category in the future. I think just like risk and compliance is a job category today, and data analytics is a job category today, I think Ai governance or Ai risk management, is going to be a job category in the future; and there's going to be leaders of this within companies. But in the meantime, I think each function is going to be responsible, because at the end of the day, if the company gets sued for something HR related, then it’s the CHRO who’s ultimately responsible. At least this is the case today. So, I think the CHRO will have to build some capabilities internally, and understanding these things (Ai in HR) with the help of platforms like ours will help mitigate some of the risk for them.”
